Working from a palette of grey, reflecting current domestic interior trends, developer V-Exsis turned to different styles and finishes from the Pergo stable. A total of 67 different homes have been installed with Pergo laminate in eight designs.
“With grey being the colour theme throughout our buildings, we wanted our floor choices to uphold the scheme and so we looked at different styles all within the grey spectrum. We chose different styles and finishes depending on the needs of the space, but with tight deadlines we need fast installation, so laminate is the ideal option as it offers both, “ explains EgleGineviciute, interior designer. The floors have been specified in 10 self-contained units at Camden’s 73 Oakley Square and six-bedrooms of a home on Harben Road, Swiss Cottage. Two large projects still in progress include a mixture of 44 one-bedroom and studio flats in Notting Hill’s 21-25 Linden Gardens and a 48-apartment development at Gloucester Place, close to the Baker Street London Underground.
